For over 5 years I have participated in Paul’s boxing/cross fit training sessions and have found them to be enormously beneficial and more importantly, great fun. Each session caters for participants of varying fitness levels with everyone able to achieve their individual goals. As someone who prefers a more intense workout, I can honestly say that I have never walked away from a session without feeling exhausted, and yet energised and invigorated at the same.
I couldn’t think of a better way to start the day, and I’m looking forward to many more sessions in the years ahead. Thanks Foles!

Paul has been instrumental in taking our overall fitness base to another level.
Pre season training is extremely hard for all the players so a varied program is important. We were able to utilise Paul's skills one session per week during pre season. Paul's scientific and measured approach certainly pushed the players to new limits but at the same time the participants enjoyed Paul's style which meant that all his sessions were varied and non repetitive. We will certainly be utilising Paul's skills in the future. We are now seeing the benefits of a fit playing group.

Since training with Paul twice a week, I have managed to become a lot leaner. I can see my six-pack again, which has been MIA for approximately the last 5 years. Paul has an amazing knack for pushing people to their limits without going over the edge. He always provides an element of variety in his sessions to keep participants constantly motivated.
